How to check each email provider
Some providers may route our emails to Junk or Spam while our sending domain builds its reputation.
- Outlook / Hotmail: Open the Junk Email folder → right-click the email → select Mark as Not Junk
- Gmail: Open the Spam folder → open the email → click Report not spam
- Other providers: Look for a Spam or Junk folder and move the email to your inbox
Marking the email as safe also helps future emails arrive directly in your inbox.
